Personalized, professional floral designs. Working with Barb was an amazing experience.  Like many couples, we were working within a budget.  But unlike many of the other florists I contacted, Barb was willing to work with us.  As soon as I contacted her about the ‘wildflower look’, Barb completely understood my vision for the ‘just-picked-from-the-meadow’ look.  When we met with her, she listened to everything we wanted and then made great suggestions on how to create that within our budget.  The end result was stunning.  My mom and I both cried when we saw the flowers on the day, and I had to give Barb a hug.  She made me the most beautiful wedding bouquet and flower crown I had ever seen (in person or online)!  The boutonnieres and bridesmaid bouquets were also amazing and perfectly fit together.  And all of it was created with such a personalized and caring touch.  I have already recommended her to everyone I know and cannot sing her praises enough.

Best vendor we hired!
Barb is professional and extremely passionate and knowledgeable of her craft.  She includes a free in-person consultation.  My mom and I went together and felt like we learned so much about flowers!  It was a wonderful experience.  We were there for nearly 2 hours creating the vision for my bouquet, boutonnieres, and bouquets for my bridesmaids.  Barb had pictures and examples, so it made it easy to imagine!
The bouquets turned out beautifully the day of.  They were all super full and the perfect blend of fresh and dried florals as Barb and I talked about.

Absolutely perfect flowers; exactly what I envisioned!
Barb was lovely to work with from beginning to end.  We chatted for over an hour and she made me feel very comfortable during the consultation.  We were able to talk flowers, but she also had an interest in who I am and what my story is.  I feel like I had gained a new friend by the time we were finished.  She took the time to truly understand what I was wanting for our wedding day and offered multiple options and suggestions to ensure I was 100% happy with every piece of my floral arrangements.  She was honest, transparent, and paid attention to all the details.  She was able to squeeze me in as a client with 4 weeks to spare prior to my wedding, but made sure she was going to be able to fully deliver my request.  I could tell that she is doing this because she has a true passion for her art of floristry and to make her clients happy.  She didn’t make me feel rushed despite taking me on as a client in the high end of wedding season.

Barb and I talked about my flowers for an hour when we first met! She was able to take what I wanted and make it work with seasonally available flowers.  She even made a decoration for our arch using the flowers we already paid for, since we needed to buy in bigger quantities and we were only having a bouquet and boutonniere.  I thought that was so thoughtful of her.  She and her husband delivered our flowers on the day, and put up the arch decoration so quickly I didn’t even know they’d done it!  She even gave us a quick lesson on how to pin a boutonniere.  Barb is a stone cold professional, and you can trust her with your flowers 100%.  I promise  you. ~ Mark & Sarina, New Westminster, BC ~

Barb was incredibly friendly and invited me into her home for our first meeting.  She spent lots of time discussing flowers.  My thoughts and her creativity definitely helped me decide on what flowers to use.  She was so thoughtful and honest about what would look good together, and offered cheaper options if I picked something very expensive!  I also was given some tiny picture frames that included pictures of my late grandparents in them, and Barb easily attached them to my bouquet.

Amazing flowers and fantastic to work with!  Barb made incredible bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages!  She also provided flowers & greenery for our table décor.  She was an absolute pleasure to work with.  Because my husband and I live a few provinces away from our wedding venue, we conversed via phone.  She had me on my laptop googling the flowers we were talking about using, which was great to visualize.  I sent photos of the style I wanted, and she hit the mark perfectly!  The flowers were of beautiful quality and very fresh too.  She delivered them directly to the venue which was very helpful (no running around for them).  She pinned on all the boutonnieres and handed our bouquets to us just before the ceremony.  We also rented vases from her for our head table for the bouquets to sit in during dinner.  Very happy with our experience!

Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers.  Barb was wonderful to work with.  At our first consultation, my husband and I had a very broad idea of what we wanted.  Barb took the few pictures and colours we had with us and helped us to create a wonderful flower vision of our wedding.  You could really tell that she knew what she was talking about when it came to flowers.  She had so many ideas about different flower types and had great books and visuals to show us what the flowers looked like and what colours they came in.

Barb was also very budget conscious and gave us great suggestions for flowers and greenery that could be used to give us the look we wanted for a reasonable price.  There were a few flowers like orchids and roses in my bouquet that we wanted to splurge on and she was also ready with great ideas for incorporating them.  We also had some other flowers that were sentimental to us and she easily brought them into the arrangements she was designing for us.

The flowers on the day of were absolutely beautiful and lasted for days after the wedding, even in the July heat.  Barb came to the venue, set up all the décor flowers, and pinned all of the guy’s boutonnieres for a very reasonable price.  Leading up to the wedding, the flowers were items I was not worried about at all.  I knew Barb was going to do an amazing job on our flowers, and she created absolutely beautiful arrangements for us.  ~ Nico & Alisa, Vancouver, BC ~ See more of this wedding on FB

It was such a pleasure to have Barb create our flowers for our big day.  Just twelve short days before our wedding, we had a family member offer to cover the cost of our flowers.  Of course, I figured that was not nearly enough time to order everything.  I sent Barb a message and the following day we arranged a phone consultation, and that evening we had our quote.  The quote on the flowers alone had me surprised as I was expecting it to be much more costly than it was!  She created five bridesmaid bouquets, my bridal bouquet, two corsages, three children’s boutonnieres, and seven boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen and fathers.  When she came to deliver the flowers and place the corsages and bouts at our venue on the day of the wedding, we realized we had forgotten to tell her that we added a last minute groomsman.  Instead of him going without a boutonniere, she took a few flowers and crafted him one in minutes.  We were so impressed!  Thank you, Barb, for everything. Blooms & Beyond provided flowers for my whole bridal party as well as my two ring bearers and flower girl. I received the best service I could have asked for!!! Barb went above and beyond to make sure I got the flowers that I had imagined. The communication was great and quick, and she always kept me in the loop with what was going on and what to expect. Myself and my mother especially, were pleasantly surprised with the cost of the flowers. I don’t think I would’ve been able to find anything that good of quality even come close to the price we paid! Lets just say that the flowers lasted from noon until 11 pm in 40 degree weather! To top it off, I didn’t have to worry about figuring out how to pick up the flowers and where to store them because Barb and her husband drove out to the venue to deliver them right to us! I would recommend Blooms & Beyond 100% to anyone who is looking for the best possible quality of flowers and service.

Barb was amazing! Before we even met she was willing to answer all of my questions. When my fiancé and I went for our consultation at her house, she was so welcoming and was very prepared. She had tons of books of flowers, examples of shapes of bouquets she does, albums of bouquets she has done in the past and a huge tray full of different accents she can add to your bouquet and ribbons and diamantes you can choose from. I had no idea there was so many things to choose. She asked for our budget and helped us keep within it. If I wanted a flower that was too expensive for my budget she would tell me that and suggest other flowers that look similar. Barb got us our quote a few days after meeting with her. Her prices were very reasonable and fair From the beginning, I really wanted black center anemones and Barb told me they would not be in season at the time of our wedding. I was so heartbroken. Through all of our emails leading up to the wedding I kept going back to the anemones. She said how about we incorporate some fake ones. She told me no one would know any different that they were fake. Our main wedding flowers were supposed to be dahlias. A few weeks before the wedding she found out she would not be able to get them because they all bloomed early. She suggested some things that will give a similar look and I trusted Barb and gave her creative power. On the wedding day she was there long before the girls and I arrived at the church, pinning boutonnieres and putting corsages on our families. She came up to the limo and handed off our bouquets to us. I was so pleased when I saw my bouquet. It was better then what I imagined. It was so me! The fake anemones looked real! No one knew any different. She then went to the reception venue and set up the flowers there. Everything looked great! The big arrangement she made for the head table was perfect. It was much smaller than what she can do but I did not want something big. It really completed the look!

We had a strict budget that we had to stick to and she helped me stick to that budget, but still get what I really wanted. Barb’s overall service was amazing! I went to my appointment to discuss flowers knowing nothing about what I wanted, or even how I wanted everything to look. This was not daunting to Barb at all. She asked appropriate questions to get a feel for my wedding colours, what the dresses looked like, and my general likes & dislikes. She was more than informative and gave me several options and expert advice. I left feeling confident in my decisions and at ease that all was taken care of. She honestly thought of everything! I decided to book her for several reasons. She was so prompt and friendly in all our initial correspondence that I felt assured in her service. After my first meeting with her I instantly decided she was the best fit for providing flowers for my wedding. She had everything so organized and put together that I felt confident in her professional opinions. I was also very pleased with her pricing. It was not only reasonable, but she was very informative on different options and seemed to have no problem working within a budget. She was also very informative on ways to cut down costs. Barb arrived very early to my wedding and had all the parents, grandparents and bridesmaids fitted with their flowers without ever coming to me to even ask who they were. I was so impressed she took this task upon herself to find the recipients without ever bothering me for a single moment, and I was very thankful for this. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and decorated perfectly. With the questions she had previously asked me, she expertly captured my vision for the wedding without me ever really knowing what my vision was. They complemented the colors impeccably and the quality was also fantastic. They smelled and looked amazing and all the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres lasted all night and showed no sign of wilting. In conclusion, I cannot say enough about Barb and her service. I have already recommended her to several of my friends getting married and I only hope they take my advice.

Barb did my flowers for my wedding and in the craziness that led up to my BIG day I found Barb to be a breath of fresh air that helped me to completely relax. She was very specific in the details of each bouquet all the way down to the glitter and jewels for the centers of the flowers!! I had SOOO many people comment on how absolutely beautiful my flowers were! I am not a calm and relaxed person by nature so during the picture time I was throwing my arms up and jumping around with my bouquet and at the end of the day it looked the exact same as when I had got it that morning! Barb did an incredible job of taking my ideas and making them reality! I had a black & white wedding and the flowers were the only colors – and WOW did they stand out!!! We were very excited to have Barb do our wedding flowers, not only because of her talent, but also because she is my aunt. I did not know a whole lot about flowers and design, but I had a picture of the colours and style we wanted. I was so impressed with the ideas and combinations Aunt Barb offered as well as help in determining the best look. She was a great help and had an excellent view for what would make our day absolutely memorable. The time and effort spent on our arrangements spoke for themselves. When my future husband and I met with Barbara at her home we were treated with such grace and hospitality, including a wonderful afternoon tea. What a great start to planning our wedding flowers. I must admit, being a very knowledgeable ‘flower person’ that I had very specific ideas about what flowers we wanted for our wedding. Barbara listened to our requests, made very helpful suggestions and the end result – beautiful, spectacular, elegant and most fitting to the heritage Chapel and reception site. From the magnificent vases of calla lilies in the Chapel, to the attendants bouquets, the corsages, boutonnières, the posy of stephanotis on the wedding cake – they were all so fresh and so well executed in style and colour. And my bouquet left me speechless! It was such a wonderful sight to behold this most magnificent bouquet of white phalenopsis orchids and stephanotis. The perfume was spell binding. Absolutely awesome. Barbara is one of the greatest floral designers I have ever worked with – she puts her whole heart and soul into making your floral dreams come true. The freshness, the color choices, the perfume almost overwhelmed the senses with their exquisite beauty. One word really describes her work – perfection. Barb, Jacqueline and I want to convey our absolute complete satisfaction with your floral creations designed for our wedding this past August at the Langley Golf and Banquet Centre. We left your residence in the Spring feeling that all the bases had been covered for our arrangements in a process we really had little control over. As you had explained, the ability to know what blooms would actually be available to coordinate with the exotics was not going to be known exactly until closer to the event. We were stunned by not only the beauty of the floral displays Barb, but also the degree of professional and personalized creative finishing you employed. No detail was left out. From the satin bindings that wrapped the bride’s bouquets and the pearl pins that fixed them in place, to the uniqueness of the table arrangements and powder room centerpiece, all were exquisitely presented. Many of our guests left with coveted blooms from their tables and reported that they were still being enjoyed weeks later – a testimonial to their satisfaction as well. Simple thanks could never begin to convey our appreciation of your support in fulfilling our dream of a picture perfect day from beginning to end. Barb decorated our Missions Dinner last year and did a beautiful job. She was so good about listening to what our theme was and created beautiful center pieces. She also made a large bouquet for the podium in which everyone commented. And her price was so reasonable and affordable for our budget. We have again asked Barb to decorate for our dinner this February and I am really looking forward to working with her.
