A Wedding Gowns & Flowers Event

So speaking of wedding dress shopping, if I could recommend only one place to look for bridal gowns, it’s at Everything But The Groom Bridal Boutique in the heart of Langley. This wonderful shop holds a generous & gorgeous selection of dresses – not only for brides. The whole bridal party can be outfitted for an event, as well as the moms. And grads, there are great styles & colours for any budget. I’ve seen some ‘to die for’ beauties in the front window display whenever I’ve popped into the store, and there’s ALWAYS something new arriving at the boutique. They also have awesome bridal accessories & gifts to choose from.

And of course, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know owners Heidi & Kristy over the past 5 years. They continue to impress me with their friendly professionalism & expertise. These gals are really down to earth & sure know their stuff! 

Earlier this year I had the delightful experience of hanging out in the boutique for a whole day as a floral consultant – complete with a few fresh flower bouquets I whipped up to give away as door prizes after the event. As it turned out I didn’t do much consulting and soon learned that brides-to-be are pretty focused finding THE dress at that point. But I did make some great connections & enjoyed getting to know the staff better. Other perks were learning some behind the scenes stuff in the shop and booking a wedding after chatting with one of the brides who came into the store that day.
